Is there a minimum order?
Our minimum order quantities are flexible and designed to support businesses of all sizes, from independent boutiques to larger luxury retailers. Tell us about your business in your trade enquiry and we will suggest a starting order that suits you.
What are your wholesale terms?
We offer preferential wholesale pricing across our silk, wool and seasonal accessory collections, designed to support strong retail margins. Full pricing and payment terms are shared with approved trade accounts.
How long does production take?
Many of our pieces are produced in limited runs and finished to order, and we never compromise on quality to expedite an order. Lead times are confirmed with each order, and bespoke options for selected collections are quoted individually.
Do you offer exclusivity?
Territory or product-line exclusivity can be discussed for accounts with a proven track record and a matched aesthetic. Please raise this in your initial trade enquiry so we can consider it from the outset.
Do you ship trade orders internationally?
Yes. We ship trade orders worldwide. International shipping is quoted per order based on volume and destination. Import duties are the responsibility of the receiving account.
Can I request samples?
Samples are available at wholesale price plus shipping and are non-returnable. Once you place a first stocking order, sample costs are credited back against the invoice.
Do you provide marketing assets?
Yes. Trade partners receive seasonal lookbooks, product information and imagery, and personal support from our London team, including visual merchandising guidance. Branded packaging is also available. We ask that all use of Araha imagery credit the brand.
How do I apply for a trade account?
Complete the Trade Enquiry form on our Trade page. Applications are reviewed within five working days. We treat every enquiry personally and reply whether or not we can offer terms.
Do you work with hotels and luxury hospitality?
Yes. We offer bespoke options and gifting collections for hotels, private members' clubs and styling professionals seeking exclusivity. Please outline your requirements in your trade enquiry.
Do trade partners see new collections early?
Yes. Trade partners are first to view new collections, artist collaborations and limited editions before they open to the public and receive invitations to trade previews and seasonal launches in London and occasionally internationally.
