As soon as your item arrives with us, we'll carefully prepare and dispatch your order. You'll receive an email confirmation when it is on its way.

Mixed Orders
If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock pieces, they may be dispatched separately so you don't have to wait for your available items.
Multiple Pre-Orders
If you pre-order several pieces with different expected arrival dates, we may send them together once all pieces are available.

UK Delivery
Complimentary shipping within the United Kingdom. Delivery is expected within 2 weeks, excluding weekends and bank holidays.
International Delivery
Europe: £15 flat rate per order. USA and India: £30 flat rate per order. Exact timeframe depends on the destination country and how long customs processing takes.
Rest of World
Please contact us at contact@arahalondon.com for a shipping quote to destinations outside the regions listed above.
Preorder
All our products are currently available for preorder only. Once your order is placed, we will inform you once production is complete and your order is ready for dispatch. Approximate dates will be communicated to you as soon as possible.
Returns
Returns accepted within 7 days of receiving your order for unworn pieces with original packaging (UK only). Sale items cannot be returned. No returns or exchanges for Europe or Rest of World orders. See our full shipping and returns policy.

Regrettably, we are unable to ship to P.O. box addresses. Please provide a full physical street address to ensure safe delivery.

Returns & Refunds
Returns Policy
Your satisfaction is our commitment
United Kingdom Returns
Returns within the United Kingdom are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all packaging intact. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. It is also the customer's responsibility to send the package back via tracked delivery to ensure safe receipt. Please retain your proof of postage and tracking number until your refund has been processed, as we are unable to issue a refund for items lost in transit without this information. We will issue a full refund within seven days of receiving the item.
International Orders
All international orders are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. We encourage you to contact our team before placing an international order with any questions.

All Araha London silk, wool, and blended scarves should be dry-cleaned only. This is the surest means of preserving the natural texture, drape, and vibrancy of each piece. We do not recommend hand or machine washing, as this may alter the character of the fibres and the integrity of the print.
