Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

Please contact us immediately at info.arahalondon@gmail.com if you need to change your delivery address. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that once an order has been dispatched, we cannot change the delivery address.

Do you ship to P.O. boxes?

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to P.O. box addresses. Please provide a physical street address for delivery.

My order hasn't arrived, what should I do?

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please first check your tracking information. If you still have concerns, contact us at info.arahalondon@gmail.com and we will investigate immediately.

Can I expedite my order?

At this time, we are unable to expedite orders as each piece is carefully produced and finished to maintain our quality standards. If you have a special request or require your order sooner, please contact us directly and we will do our best to assist where possible.
