1.2 You or Your: Refers to the person using our site to purchase goods. If you are under 18, you must obtain permission from a parent or guardian before registering or making any purchases. We reserve the right to accept orders only from individuals over 18.
1.3 These terms govern the sale of goods for non-business purposes. By purchasing items on this site, you agree to the terms of this contract, which is available only in English.
2. Ordering Goods
2.1 A legally binding contract is formed between you and us once your order is accepted.
2.2 You must provide accurate and current information when registering on the site. Keep your password secure and notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
2.3 To place an order, select items, add them to your shopping bag, and proceed to checkout. Items in your shopping bag are not reserved until the order is completed.
2.4 Upon placing your order (clicking "Pay"), we will acknowledge it via email. However, this does not mean your order has been accepted.
2.5 We may reject your order for the following reasons:
Goods are unavailable
Payment authorization failure
You are not allowed to purchase the goods
We are prohibited from selling the goods to you
Mistake in pricing or product description
2.6 A legally binding contract is formed when we email you a confirmation, at which point the goods will be dispatched or an estimated dispatch date provided.
3. Delivery and Cancellation
3.1 Orders cannot be canceled after they are placed. The contract is complete upon receipt of the order.
3.2 Delivery is based on the method you select at checkout.
3.3 The estimated delivery date will be provided in a status update email. However, we do not guarantee the delivery date.
3.4 If no one is available to receive the delivery, contact us to arrange an alternative delivery. If we cannot deliver, we will cancel the order and refund you.
3.5 Goods may be delivered in installments.
4. Payment
4.1 We accept payments via STRIPE
4.2 We ensure secure transactions with encrypted payment mechanisms, but we are not responsible for unauthorized third-party access unless due to our negligence.
4.3 Your card will be charged when the order is placed.
4.4 Prices are displayed in the currency selected at checkout, and you are responsible for any charges applied by your payment provider for currency conversion.
4.5 If a product is listed incorrectly due to an error, we may cancel the order or contact you for instructions.
4.6 Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout and on the confirmation email.
4.7 Prices include sales tax and duties for shipping within India. For international orders, duties and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.
5. Product Descriptions
5.1 We aim to ensure that all product details, including weight, size, and measurements, are accurate, but minor differences may occur.
5.2 Colors displayed may vary based on your screen settings.
5.3 Handmade garments may have small variations or irregularities, which are part of their design and are not considered defects.
5.4 Packaging may differ from what is shown on the site.
6. Made-to-Measure and Altered Garments
6.1 For made-to-measure or altered garments, you must provide accurate specifications when placing the order. Changes can only be made before dispatch, and we may charge an additional fee.
7. Returns and Exchanges
7.1 Returns and refunds are only accepted for faulty goods, which must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
7.2 If goods are faulty, you may return them for repair, replacement, or a refund.
7.3 You are responsible for the cost of returning faulty goods to us.
7.4 Repaired or replaced goods will be delivered to you free of charge.
7.5 Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the product is returned in an unused, unworn condition with all original tags intact.
8. End of the Contract
Ending the contract does not affect our right to any money owed under the contract.
9. Liability
9.1 We are not responsible for:
Losses not foreseeable when the contract was formed
Business losses
9.2 Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the value of the goods purchased.
10. Disputes
10.1 We aim to resolve disputes quickly and efficiently. Contact us if you are dissatisfied with our goods or service.
10.2 The courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, and Indian law governs this contract.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on the site, including trademarks and images, is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of content is prohibited.
12. Third-Party Rights
Only parties to this contract may enforce its terms.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site indicates your agreement to any updates.
14. Discounts and Promotions
