Julie and Hetal met in 2004 while both working in the video games industry. Their initial agent/client relationship evolved into a deep friendship, rooted in many shared interests: a love for cooking, traveling, a passion for India, and an appreciation for the finer things in life. Their personal lives also paralleled each other, they both left the games industry at a similar time, got married, and had children around the same time.

What makes their partnership particularly strong is their natural alignment in thinking, working, and creating. They both value quality, attention to detail, and doing things properly. Remarkably, their tastes—whether in design, materials, or ideas—are always in sync, which strengthens their collaboration and the foundation of their friendship and business.

Julie Lynn-Evans

My career started in 1983 as an Executive Assistant (EA) in music publishing (Chappell Music and Bright Music) and transitioned to TV production (ITV London Studios) where I sold and promoted their studio facilities to independent production companies before settling into video games in 1995.

Over ten years, through a succession of major publishers, I progressed from EA to Manager of Studio Operations.

After an invitation from the Founder of Marjacq Micro Ltd, I joined the agency representing both young and proven video game development studios.   The Founder retired in 2009 and I took over the reins and ran the business while bringing up our young son.  In 2015, I won the Women of the Year award for Creative Impact.

Everything I have done has involved interfacing with talent, taking pride in what I did, being an energetic member of a team and working closely with senior execs.

I have organised trade shows and off-sites in Europe and the USA.  Hospitality is in my blood – my father established a chain of restaurants, and I spent hours in them as a child - I adore cooking, hosting meals and have catered for large family gatherings. I love travel and have been fortunate to see much of Europe, Asia and the States. Five years ago I stepped away from video games industry to create a portfolio of activities which includes event catering and film extra work.

I live in Brighton with my husband and 17-year-old son.
