Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
Please contact us immediately at hello@arahalondon.com if you need to change your delivery address. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that once an order has been dispatched, we cannot change the delivery address.
Do you ship to P.O. boxes?
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to P.O. box addresses. Please provide a physical street address for delivery.
My order hasn't arrived, what should I do?
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please first check your tracking information. If you still have concerns, contact us at hello@arahalondon.com and we will investigate immediately.
Can I expedite my order?
For urgent orders, please select Express Delivery at checkout. If you need your order faster than the options available, please contact us directly and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
